| The flameproof wall mounting
handset station model WMS 6400/1 BNA consists of special anti
corrosive aluminium alloy LM6 casting machined to high accuracies
ensuring the required flame path to comply with IS 2148-1981
Standard. The associated Handset / Headset containing dynamic
capsules for earpiece and mouthpiece has been rendered intrinsically
safe application in hazardous area by the use of protective
circuitry housed inside the flameproof chamber. Two push
buttons are provided on the front panel offers the functions
such as Page, Loudspeaker mute or Call master. The unit can
be used with a Master Control Desk and in the configuration
Loudspeaker mute is converted as a Call Master. Private Channel
Busy Indicator is provided by a lamp on the front panel of
the unit. User instructions are provided on the front panel
for easy operation. The built in power Amplifier can drive
an 8 W Loudspeaker unit with 35W peak power of high clarity.
The Amplifier output can withstand short-circuiting of Loudspeaker
lines and can also operate at rated capacity with T6 temperatures
class.
The unit is protected against ingress of dust and water as
per IS-13947 (part I) 1983 protector IP-66 providing Tongue
and grove joints without providing gaskets.
The unit is compatible with a range of Industrial communication
Equipment offered by BNA and enables paging and talk back
over the entire area.
