- Make sure the Wi-Fi connection is working properly.
- Wi-Fi router should have 2.4Ghz connection.
- Contact your Internet Service Provider and make a separate SSID for 2.4Ghz, if not available.
- Make sure wi-fi password of the camera is same as the router wi-fi password.
- Increase the capacity of your Micro SD card.
- Keep continuous recording in “OFF MODE” in the settings.
- Enable motion detection and change the recording mode from “NORMAL” to “ADVANCED” recording mode.
- Go to 'CAMERA SETTINGS", go to "SOUND SETTINGS", increase "SPEAKER AND MICROPHONE LEVEL".
- Enter the camera settings and go to “OTHERS”.
- Enable flip button & "APPLY".
- Go to "CAMERA SETTINGS", select "ALARM", enable "MOTION DETECTION" and click on "APPLY".
- Go to your camera.
- Select “PLAYBACK” option on the top right corner of the MIPC app, beside settings.
- Select "SD CARD" or "PURCHASE CLOUD STORAGE".
- You can restore the factory settings by pressing and holding the camera reset button for 10 seconds.
